theoretically, yes. moo is on a stick. but when you break it down into bite size chunks. moo looses alot of its umph. it becomes more....mo and o, with the latter o becoming irratic and unpredictable. from this we can work out that yes stick is, but only when stick is. when stick isn't, which i'll admit, is not very often, stick definately isn't. i hope this has helped somewhat, what?

Yes for moo, but no for stick. Stick is up moo, but not engaging in other simultaneous activities.
