in the city any more, is it because most of my friends live in the country?

I often lose the will to live on here.

Because you must be a normal sensible person who is able to find the beautiful things we can enjoy by living, such as a Sun set or the smell of the flowers.

If you are questioning it, though, you should perhaps start striving less to become a winner and a little bit more to become a human being!

Perhaps you should - if you don't already- greet people with a "Good Morning" and a "Good Evening", and say as often as needed, "Thank you" and "Excuse me"

You'd be surprised of the results.

My job took me from the busiest city to the remotest of places in the world. I travelled to Vietnam to Laos to Cambodia to Bangkok to Jakarta to Manila to Kuala Lumpur to Singapore. Each destination time span was about 2 to 3 months.
So I had the best of both worlds. I enjoyed the serenity of the countryside while it lasted. Then went into the bustling city centres and enjoyed all the fine cuisines while they lasted.

New friends can always be made if you want to make. So, may be now u r feeling alone, once you have new friends u will feel good. Try to find an objective of your life and do something daily that you want to do. Some work that gives you mental satisfaction may help u find new targets to live.

Perhaps you feel the need for something different, seeing most of your friends live in the country, or perhaps you are just missing being around your friends?

Don't do it, Don't go and live in Banjo land. Stay in the city, sure it's green but it smells like cows bottoms and there aren't any supermarkets for miles.
