Would depend on which engine you go for in the X5, but that would be my choice!
Land Rovers are unreliable and expensive to service.
Hummers are thirsty
The Lexus is nice, but a bit small compared to the others
Definately the X5 . . . . great car

OK, I'm not too informed on all of these models, but I have an opinion. Land Rover has the only time tested, true to the bones vehicle on your list. For decades these vehicles have proven their might and durability across the globe. Watch any nature program on TV where people are traversing vast expanses of swampland or desert and I can almost guarantee that they are running one of those.
I don't know why you are interested, for usability or just to show off, but if you are serious about getting a truck for the same reasons that I am an owner, than take my advice.
P.S. Second choice would be the Hummer (not the "2" or "3"). The rest of them are just fluff. Have a good shopping spree. K.

I'd have to go with the BMW. It's probably the smallest of them all and would be easier to drive under normal circumstances.
Are you offering the money, lol????
