Get them each a Bible if they don't have one.
If you want a gift that doesn't cost anything, after attending church together, go to a homeless shelter on Christmas Day as a family and feed those who would otherwise not have a hot meal. That kind of gift is priceless.

We have a similar dilemma; 24 nieces and nephews (both of us come from big families). For years we used to try to choose individual gifts to suit each nie/phew.
Now, we take the easy way out and give them gift cards from Barnes & Noble.

Gift certificates for "Starbucks" or the like, or flannel sleep pants, they are always cheap. What about socks or gloves or handkerchiefs,or ties,or a CD. Good luck!Or a gift certificate to a book store.
