I was sleeping and the door phone rang !! That's was my fright actually.

that was a small fright. it didn't effect you emotional. If you still in doubt or feeling any pains call your doctor.

The baby's bound to feel a jolt at the time you have a fright, he must feel some discomfort, sure. But I'm sure he'll recover by the time he's born.

No this won't harm the toddler. the toddler is secure via your dermis, fat, uterus and the placenta. they're many times exceedingly hardy and it many times takes somewhat tension for the toddler to be harmed. the sole issue is this is going to be uncomfortable for you. inspite of the undeniable fact that, in basic terms being 10 weeks, you shouldnt have grown too plenty around your abdomen.

if its a huge fright... yeah, it is harmful...

but if its an ordinary thing... like ur hubby or b/f teases u... & u jump a little with a shout... nah, it doesn't harm much... u'll just feel the baby kick around a few more!
