Read this: (About IELTS) From M. Heasley
IELTS is both a written and oral test , to address the problem in the oral test , my advice is to listen to BBC if you have cable and
more especially invest in a DVD player and watch any films made in Great Britain, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, etc and listen to the actors. You can even subtitle the script to catch everything said and replay as often as you like.
For those of you that have to undergo the IELTS examination (International English Language Testing System) prior to an overseas job or academic or technical training, just go the webpage I have created courtesy of
The page is Get the dots and slashes correct and
you should be fine.
This URL will provide the background and material you need to sail through the four modules of Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking. IELTS is easy. It's simply a matter of getting the basics under control, especially time management
in the exam context (under the clock!).
GOOD LUCK.

I've just scored 7.5 with a month preparation. Test Papers will not work.
If you are good at English..stick to the paper pattern, if not then first improve your English.
May IM/Mail me for further guidance.
