somtimes if i get worked up, i go to a favourite spot you know what i mean and just think about that day it makes me forget about everything but if i get really get worked up, i go to my room and lock it, then put my favourite cd and sing as loud as i want to butif am not at home, i call my buddy then we go talk for a while that way it eases the tension thats building the only thing i do is make sure am not alone or am not doing anything coz that way all i will think about is what got me wotked up in the first place

I like to go outdoors and walk along a beach or in the woods. To be alone in such a setting helps you put your social difficulties in context. In the grand scheme of things, most squabbles are petty.

The ocean is the most relaxing place to be. I like to sit on a grass bank in a quiet area and watch each and every wave break.

The bathroom. It is there I can wash my hands, make sure my hair is ok, and jump into the toilet and its a magic warp that leads me to Mario Land where I can tell Princess Peach about all my worries and I feel better.

me, if I don't punch the wall, I throw the desks in our class room but I don't tell anyone the reason why I'm upset. sometimes, I suddenly dissapear in the crowd and my friends would find me alone or eating (again!)

Too bad. You must go to fellowship or church where you find people with similar problem. Make you anger or being upset fun.

the liberal democratic party...theyll listen to anyoone and change direction on a moments notice...problem is thats not always appropriate and can cause disastrous results when left unchecked.
