I want to go to the States to study Antropology (Master degree) I want to know which University or college has a best or better Anthropology programme? or which country has the better programme on that? Thanks :-)

I'll give you a couple, based of my findings. Word of advice though- don't stop at master's, get your Ph.D.
Anthro with a cultural focus; Columbia, UC Berkeley, U Hawaii @ Manoa, Indiana U
Anthro with an art focus; Columbia (hands down)
Anthro with a biology focus; SUNY Stonk Brook, Arizona State, Syracuse
Best all around; Yale, Harvard, Cornell

Some of the best departments in the US do not give the option of a Master's degree, only the PhD. More importantly, schools won't fund you for a Master's, only for the Ph.D. So go for the Ph.D.!
University of Michigan has a huge program and may be worth checking out.
