Depends on the quality of the radio. You get what you pay for !

One preset would be OK if there is one station that you use 90% of the time - but it is a bit limiting.

10 presets is about right for most people. I think the majority of DAB radios would have 6 - 12 presets - very few have only one.

Classic FM did produce a special radio made by Pure that had a special 'fixed' Classic FM preset in addition to the 6 user definable presets. Are you looking at a radio that has one preset that is being promoted by a particular radio station ?
