I'm so upset, Ive been trying to get pregnant 3 months (3 ovulations) and last time I tryed I really thought it worked, there was sperm in me whilst ovulating and I wasnt stressed!!

Now I know I may seen really impatience but I feel since I'm 20 it should happen right away. Any suggestions, and is it normal?

My partner thinks we should stop trying (like stop buying ovulation kits ect.) and it might happen, I don't know if that will work ?

Yup, stop trying, stop thinking about it and it will happen. Take a vacation, if only a weekend away and let things just go as they may. Don't plan on baby-making, but if it happens, it happens.
BTW, with my first hubby (now ex) we tried for a year before I became pregnant. I was also 20 when we started.

It may be you, it may be your partner. Some people just have a harder time getting pregnant. However before being referred to a fertility specialist, your doctor will have you try for a year without protection if you are under 35.

Fertile couples only have a 20% chance of getting pregnant in any given month even with well timed intercourse.

I know how you feel. All those tests and kits add up, don't they? You're right, since you're young, things should normally happen quickly...but you might want to consider these things:
1. Go to the doctor and have your fertility checked, just to be sure.
2. Have you recently been on birth control? That can take awhile to get out of your system.
I hope you get good news soon, but if you start getting more concerned that frustrated, you should go check with your doc. Hope that helps!

Talk to a doctor, quit wasting money on BS. Even though your 20 it may still be hard for you to get pregnant, especially if you were on Birth Control for more than 5 years, because that can make you sterile. Just let life take it's course. I have 4 children and it took almost 2 years to get pregnant with each, and ive never been on birth control. :) Dont be sad or frustrated.

Some women do have problems getting pregnant. Go to the dr and get checked. It could also be your husband. He could have his sperm count check. Check out PCOS for women... It can happen at ANY age as well.

Just take it easy. Stop being so upset about this. Once you have to start taking care of a 2-year-old, you'll wonder what the hell you were thinking.
