no, they do not sleep if you mean by this to limit their eyesight (closed eyes) and their reactions. Nor do most other sea creatures.
But yes, they do take rest, after being fed or during periods of hunger, in order to consume less energy. They use to hide in holes or wharever has the shape of a hole, so to feel protected, they curl slightly and do not move. But their -highly develloped- brain and all their sensations keep functioning and they are ready to move and react in every stimulation.
I do not have any online links to propose you about resting habits of octopus, but here are some general links about their behaviour.

Octopi do not 'sleep' in the same manner that humans do. Rather they have a period of rest that serves the same function.
