Yes, to some degree concealer can cover up a chicken pox scar. But it depends on where the scar is, how deep, etc.

Using concealer to hide chicken pox scars wouldn't work for me since the scars are all indented. However, concealer can hide some scars. It all depends on the type of scar it is.

Yes it will if it's a really good concealer....but only problem is if the scars are raised, be careful to blend and smooth the concealer as best you can.
