In India mostly they become leaders by birth. (By becoming a son or daughter to a politician.)

What is a leader? A leader is a person who rules or guides or inspires others. Everyone has some expertise in something whereby he may guide and inspire. Some may be inspired by another and throw themselves into learning the art of leading. Yes, there are born leaders, but there are also "developed" leaders who are no less effective. To say leaders are born, not made,may be a thought too confining.

Absolutely not. While there is a certain degree of things a leader needs to be born with, without the education, and far more importantly, the experience of living those things are worthless.

Not quite a good leader does have certain talents, but even the very best still require considerable experience and grooming!

yes for example president bush wasn't born a leader he was made one that's y he sucks so bad another example is Pope John Paul II he was born a leader he was shot but still forgave the guy he was the ultimate leader he was the gift from god

i disagree..human beings are endowed with intelligence but when they are newly born, they have no knowledge at all..leadership means expertise to handle any difficult situation..and it needs training...we are trained when we are already born...so, leaders are made...
