Hello,
The database structure can be thought of as purely a container, and that container can take a wide variety of forms or formats. The database structure though is usually determined by the kind of data you need/want to capture.
The database content can be a wide variety of different data types, it really just depends upon the purpose or intention for creating the database.
The content of the database is its data (obviously), this can be plain text, it can be text & images, it can be purely images, it could be say finger prints along with the persons ID, the data could be DNA profiles or as simple as a persons payment history. Databases are what most of our culture run on & without them we would be in serious difficulties.
NOTE: there is a direct relationship between database content (data) and the database structure/s.
**When someone designs a database it can be from the top down or from the bottom up. If its from the bottom up, its the data that dictates the design or the shape of the resulting container.

The structure defines how the database is constructed, i.e. where to put which data and how the data correllates to each other.
Much like a blueprint of an office building.
The database content is the content itself, that a user enters for example. Because of the structure, the database knows where to put the content.

The database structure could be the number of fields in the database, wither or not the fields are text or number, how many characters are in each field. etc... The database content is just data.
