The first thing that I do is sit on my butt and watch a old re-runs of the TV show Charmed. I know it sounds boring and couch potato-ish, but hey...I love Charmed and I deserve to relax after working hard.

Get mauled by my over zealous dog, remove my shoes, put on my slippers, use the bathroom, get a glass of water and plop in front of the t.v. or computer.
