I am already 2 years married, but upto now i still dont have a baby. My menstruation is irregular. Me and my husband had pre-marital sex for 6 years before getting married. We are using withdrawal method so that i'll wont get pregnant. Do you think this is the reason why it is very hard for me to get pregnant now? We desperately want to have a baby!

There's a possibility that your internal defence is specialised in elimination your long time sexpartner sperm. Even with withdrawal some drops from time to time might come (even without male orgasm) and so you build a defence up.

The use of condoms for a 6 months periode along with good organic food habits to create good sperm could do the trick.

Your body will lower it's defence, as your partner don't pose a treath anymore. If at the same time you improve his sperm quality you'll have better chances.

I read this in a 'Sperm War' article but can't find it online anymore, but you can get the book in your local library.

As the problem might be both ways, here's a previous answer of me to increase sperm quality.

To do list

1.Eat as organic as possible, but let it taste good.
2.Use daily fresh organic parsley, garlic and ginger.
3.Have some daily servings a fresh organic fruits.
4.Eat calf’s liver and celery once a week.
5.Get Zinc, vitamin E, selenium straight from your food, not via supplements. This site is a good tool for that http://whfoods.org/nutrientstoc.php
6.Be patient sperm take about 3 month to form.
7.Ejaculate regularly, ideal every 3 days. That’ll eliminate the old & dead, leave time for the youngest to mature and keeps your production rate steady.
8.Wash yourself with water of 30°C or lower and before leaving the shower give your testies a cold minute.
9.A ginseng tonic cure, a tablespoon a day in the morning works.
10.Move, exercise, live actively take a stair instead of elevators, but gently don’t overheat yourself.
11.Drink 1 or 2 liter of water a day.

Not to do list

1.Absolutely no smoking.
2.Avoid hazardous fumes as paints and car exhaust.
3.Avoid heat, hot tubs, sauna’s and even use a cool pack when having a fever.
4.No junk food.
5.Avoid food supplements, save the money to get quality food.
6.Do not bike, cycling isn’t good at all.
7.Don’t over-or underperform sexually.
8.Try to limit alcohol use, but a glass (1!) while eating is alright

Withdrawal method cannot have an effect. To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.

After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.

After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.

Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.

well first of all don't use a condom.
then make sure your able to .
(have sex)

if this doesn't help then see a doctor about how you can have a baby just by someone else carrying it. it will still be fully yours and your husbands it just means that it will be in another uterus.
