We will all die, you need not fear, or worry about that...it is inevitable.......it's just a matter of how, and when.....
We will not be forgotten if we live good with others, and make a big noise in the world, and make our mark in life....see these words..."ONLY REMEMBERED BY WHAT WE HAVE DONE"....these words are true.....
Of course people will cry whether we die normally or suicide....but your soul will cry even more if you suicide.....
If you suicide...that is the only thing people will remember, and it will leave such a bad taste in their mouths that they will rather forget you.......if you die of normal causes they will remember the person you were....and not even time could erase their good memories of you...you will always be in their hearts....i speak from experience of loosing my mother.....people never forget if you are a good person.........
Suicide is a cowards way out, I'm sorry to say this, but it's true.....no win situation.......and with regards to less people on the planet....NEWS FLASH...the world is more than big enough to hold all who are here now....and those to come (New born)......you have a right to live your life in the best way you know how....know this suicide is not the way babe.....step out of the dark, and find the light you know you can....i hope you will. Good luck, God Bless.

Yes, one day we will all die.
And once we were infants and aren't any longer.
Once we had no teeth and now we do.
Once we couldn't walk but now we can.
Life is a series of changing things. When we change from this life into whatever is after it, we will be experiencing another change in our existence. All in your life is yours to experience. Both the pleasure and the pain. And it is meant that you experience it and not sidestep it. No one really knows why we are here, but there must be a reason, and our basic instinct is to preserve this life. There must be a reason for this too.
There are many ideas about what will happen to us if we take the shortcut to death. The worst (for me) is the idea that we will be sent back to do all of the things we avoided the last time. I don't want to have to go through puberty again!
Anyway, try to see the things in your life that are worthwhile, find the ways that you can improve life for yourself and for others. Believe that we are here for a reason and live your life as well as you can. To give up and hurt the ones around you is not a reasonable, brave and honorable thing to do.

But you should be living in the now and not "then". You will be restless if you set your mind on what will happen rather than what you make out of life. You can't change the past because it already happened and when you sit there thinking about it you're letting time get the best of you. The future arrives so fast without notice that all one can do is regret the lost time. You sound to be obsessed with the past and way too concerned with the end to care enough about today and what can be. In life and in our minds everything seems possible and impossible whether they are or are not one thing is for sure and that is that everything can and does change. Whether you change you current life style to benefit your future is completely up to you but one great reason to live is that "Life is everchaning"

because you have purpose. you are here on purpose. your life will make a difference in someone else's life. your smile will cheer someone's day. your frown will cause someone concern.
live because God gave you breath because God cared enough to give His Son for you to live.
discouragement is understandable, we all come to a point of despair but you can't win if you don't fight. you cannot quit this fight called life. there are so many reasons to live, if not only to better another person's life.
there is always someone that will remember you
while it's true that we will all die at one point it does not mean that we should not live
suicide is a trick, it makes you think that no one cares and that no one will care. there are so many people that care and that want to know what's really going on with you and let you know that it can and will get better.
i've talked to several youth that have attempted suicide or thought of suicide because they thought that no one cared only to realize that so many people would care if they were gone. no matter how bleak the situation there is someone that cares about you. there are several people that care about your well being
as to the thing about being forgotten.
sweetie, if you don't want to be forgotten create a legacy. do something great, establish a scholarship, a children's ward in the hospital, develop a cure of a disease, be a child's friend, mow a senior citizen's yard, hold a crippled man's hand.
please don't believe that life is worthless because of what you see now.
or as a great orator often states... "do not make a permanent decision based on a temporary situation"

Because there are people who would be deeply hurt if you committed suicide. If you die naturally it is more forgivable but if you off yourself there are too many questions unanswered by your loved ones. Suicide is such a selfish way of ending your own life. You should talk to someone you trust and tell them how you are feeling. Life is so short anyway and each of us have a purpose for staying on this earth for the length of time we are given. Your purpose isn't completed yet and that's why you are still here. None of us really know our purpose but we all have one. What about the holidays. Your loved ones are depending on you to be there. How would they handle other holidays knowing what you did but not knowing why. You make your own life. You can choose each day what kind of day you will have. If you choose to be happy and overcome what is bothering you then you and only you can decide that. Please take care and think about your circle of friends and loved ones. Each person who dies takes their circle of close people with them. Why would you want to depress them so much? You are probably just depressed right now over the holidays. Alot of people including myself get that way for various reasons. Mine is because we don't have family here to get together nor the money for presents to share between my husband and I . But hey, that's me. I had to learn to accept the fact that I never will have those things again. Just enjoy what you have and let the rest go. Take care and try to keep your chin up. It's not as bad as you are feeling right now.

I have thought about suicide quite a lot.
Everybody has there own reason that drives them to wake up every morning and go through the daily grind that is life. It's really hard to appreciate things because I live in a society that is free and I have not known anything but democracy. But around the world people live in poverty, violence, religious persecution, political persecution, sexual discrimination, disease...ect.ect.ect.
To me it's doesn't matter because I only know my world and my own pain and knowing how free I am makes me more sad because I don't understand why I can't find happiness or peace of mind.
What is my reason to live? I don't know. Around this time of the year I always wonder 'why do I want to suffer another year of misery?' I wonder 'how I can live even five or even ten more years of misery?' It makes the choice even easier.
I don't have any reason to live but I wanted to be honest and perhaps telling you how I truly feel gives you a reason to live.

I'll give you three...
1) God loves you.
2) You have self-worth.
3) You have just as much right to be on this planet as anyone else. (If you don't feel alone, please think of the people that would miss you if you were gone, especially when someone prematurely takes their own life. Gotta be careful posing these questions, cuz if you are not alone someone out there may be depressed & reading that -or some jokers wrong answer- wouldn't help them.) {hugs}
Doesn't matter if we all die or get forgotten <-which I don't think is true, because there are people out there that look up their geneology (family tree) & find out about ancestors, tracing it waaay back. Have you ever traced your family tree? (I've seen some family trees, they list when a person was born, died -& sometimes how they died!), etc. Do something interesting (goodness) that occupies your time so that you won't be thinking questions like this, PLEASE!!!
Love Ya! Take Care!

Suicide is a permanant solution to a temporary problem. How you deal with life is what determines what kind of person you are. Yes, one day all of us will die, but you're wrong. If you can make a difference to others, you will not be forgotten.

I get what you are saying, but suicide is you decided not God decided. You say no-one will remember you, what about Einstein he died hundreds of years ago but people still remember him. Suicide is giving up on life thinking you won't be happy, you won't be satisfied were you are with your job. When God decide, you will say please give me a couple of seconds or a couple of minutes more. Because life is going great for you. And why give up on life you are young your best years are still a head of you. You have enough time to learn, to love and to life. If you do these things with positive thoughts you will be happy, you will life live to it fullest. If you really try even if you fail you will be satisfied. So Try to life live and no matter, what you will be happy.

Being able to form your own life and being responsible for it yourself can be frightning to some people. Realise you are the one that can change things. Make someone laugh, once a day. Buy something nice and let a total strager find it. It's your life, and while you are here you'd better have some fun, although ofcourse the whole process seems without meaning. It's up to you to give your life meaning.
