Sure....sports and exercise will increase a person's endorphines...a chemical in the body...and endorphines generally put people into a better mood.

Personality traits are relatively stable. That means that they don't change easily. For example, if you are introverted (shy, untalkative, not too social) that is going to be stable regardless of how much exercise you do. Personality in this sense doesn't change because of exercise. However, mood (which is not considered a personality trait, but a state of mind) could be partially influenced by exercise on the basis of hormonal production.
*For example: the guy on the top social skills improved because of the social interactions involved in his sports group, but social skills improvement is not a personality change but a skills change. See it this way, you could control your skin tone with sun exposure but not your skin color.

Yeah... becuz b4 i started playin football i was shy and nervouse all the time, now i am a "people person" and everybody know me, so I personally think that certain sports make you feel differently.

Sure! haven't u heard the saying "sound mind in a sound body"? Sports give our mind a kind of relaxation, a kind of relief from mental stress. When we get a break from the boring, we find ourselves less snappy and grumpy.. Isn't it true???? :-)

Yes!Since I started doing martial arts I've became more confident and courageous and more friendly.At my first nationals I won the bronze medal and that gave me confidence that I can to anything if I really want and if I work hard.

I definately Think so! Since I started to exersize more often I am much happier than used to be!
