I'm really interested in learning how to drive.

It depends on the school. There is one in my area that hires a driver ed. teacher. Students pay extra for the course, and it meets after school or in the evening. They get a grade at the end and 1/2 credit towards graduation.
If your school doesn't have driver ed. I'm sure that there may be driving schools in your area. One community college in my area offers driver ed. also.

I don't think so, here in NY the car dealerships would donate a car for the summer with the dealerships name on it for the kids to use. I have NOT seen it as of late, I think that the liability was too much for them. You used to see these cars all over the place in the summer filled w/kids (I was one of them), no more !

yes they also teach them how to harness the horse to the cart.
