I would set up a non profit foundation for terminally ill people to either go be with loved ones who aren't close or bring loved ones to them for people who can't afford to make the trip. Everyone needs a chance to say goodbye and it's important of all financial walks of life be able to do this. I would also allow for assistance to family members who want to stay and take care of their terminally ill loved one either at their home, hospital or hospice.
I was with my mother for 5 weeks this summer while she was in hospice care, I was fortunate enough to be able to do that. Most hospices allow someone to stay with you 24 hours a day. This time was so special for both of us. I was so glad I went out to be with her. There are no regrets we got to say everything we needed to say and I know that me being there with her helped her to be as comfortable as possible. But there were so many people who didn't have family close and while the nurses and doctors were awesome no one should die alone because their family can't afford the trip to see them.

I WISH.
If I had that sort of money I would use it to rescue abused and abandoned horses.
There are so many charities for people, dogs and cats but there is a lack of funding for our Equine friends.
i would love the chance to see a neglected horse become healthy and to be re homed.

I would give half of it to cancer research, cause I have a brother who is fighting leukemia and I would give the other half to a foundation that helps abused children.

I'd give it to the first bum I found on the street, because I don't have time for that kind of crap! (but I seem to find the time to post on Yahoo Answers, kinda ironic isn't it?!?)
