all the girls i work with cant make eye contact, and if they have to talk to u about the work it seems as though its the most painful torture for them

dont give them importance. thats why they act like that. when you speak to them show them it tortures u too. basically smile it off. i have snobs at work. and now they crave the attention. i dont give them to it anymore...

you have a choice...either educate yourself, or figure out what they do and do that, or ignore them and get on with your work. People who won't make eye contact usually feel they are higher than the other person in some way (education, length of time on the job, better position, more pay, or are related to someone either there at work or elsewhere and they got their job because of that connection, or they are your supervisors or hope to be some day).

Do your job be help-full let them see you as a co-worker and always show class and not add to there problems your job is more important the what amount of time u feed into anything they do plan your promotion move up and on maybe they will be left behind and you will be around more professional people

Do your work! Concentate! There are people who really arent friendly. Pray for them & pray for yourself. If you arent happy with the present situation. Search for a job, dont resign at once. Be sure that you are accepted in another job before resigning. These people are present everywhere, not only there, but in every office, in every part of the world.

get help and study the pecking order for corporations and how you don't care about others people's avoidance in relationship to they not need you is the safest way to let you expose your self and not get any of it on them til you understand that you don't understand

they are jealous of you and feel intimidated, so they try to make you feel like a lesser person, don't let them get to you cuz that's what they want and then they "win".
