I was in the 6th grade sitting in class when All off the sudden I got this very strange warm but wet feeling. Of course at the time I didn't know what was happening, but I knew something wasn't right. I asked my teacher numerous times if I could be excused to go to the rest room and her reply was no because we were in the middle of testing. Well, I began to become agitated because I kept getting this feeling. My teacher became angry with me and told me that I had detention after school along with my crush who was sitting right next to me. She ordered us to write "I will not disrupt the class" 600 times and when we were done to bring it to her desk; then after-wards we could be excused. I finished my work before my crush did. (he was so cute) I got up and looked in my seat and sat back down because I was shocked by what I saw. My teacher got up from her desk and asked if I were done and I said no which I was. She came over to check and said "yes you are, and now you may go home". I must have sat there about 20 minutes before I got up. She forced me to leave and my crush laughed out loud while I ran out of the class room straight to the nurses office who had gone home for the day. I wouldn't wish that on my worst enemy.

I was 13 and I got my period in the morning before school. I remember washing up and seeing blood, so I got all excited because it meant I was a woman now. haha!

LIncoln Park Zoo on a church trip. I was 8 so no one believed me and wouldn't help me. Thank doG I had read a book long before I was supposed to and had a heads up.

I was 13 in the 8th grade and I was in class when I got it. I had to tie my jacket around my waist and go to the nurses to call my mom to come pick me up.

I was nine, and thankfully was at home, in the bathroom. Sadly, my mom was not really forthcoming with information about this "fabulous" occurrence, and her answers to whatever questions I asked led me to believe that it wouldn't start until I was a teenager. Women, do NOT do that to your little girls!
