They are all the same in the sense that it refers to something that is "NOT CERTAIN, NOT SURE, NOT CLEAR. etc".

The following sentence may clarify the meaning of the words.

"He is so ambiguous in relating about what happened that I am very skeptical and suspicious of him. It is doubtful that he is telling an iota of truth. He is a dubious fellow."

They are different when used on different contexts. For example.
" It is doubtful that he is going to arrive on time" - which is a neutral statement, versus "It is suspicious that he arrived very early when it was clear to come in at a later time" - which implies malice from a previous context of suspicion.

Skeptical, doubtful and suspicious describe a person's unsure or unbelieving reaction to an event. Dubious refers more to the event itself, such as dubious circumstances. Ambiguous usually refers to explanations or conditions that are not clear.

They have almost the same meanings but the situation in which you use them differs. Some of the words were more subtle than the others.

They are totally different. The only thing that they seem to have in common is a negative connotation towards truth, trust and certainty.
