If the guy is gay, then his homosexuality is attractive. If the gay guy is effeminate (heterosexually gay, that is), that queen just now became just plain fugaly (f-UGLY!), pure and simple truth. The heterosexually gay guy has now been referred to as "that" or, more impersonally, "it". Treat him as you would treat any pet animal! They seriously need the encouragement, given their terrible and horrific ordeal and status in life. If the gay guy loves women, especially lesbianwomen, with a very strong and fervent passion, he's just effing beautiful, and amazingly and incredibly captivating, too! If the guy is straight, you have a terrorist on your hands, and the goon appears to have a unpleasant and repellent quality about him (though, through no fault of his own; they were born that way). Better bring the mace out.

Honestly as in sans all that "inner qualities" crap? If it's down to pure aesthetics, I would love to see really good hair, great face, hot body... the overall package. Of course, the most attractive thing for me is when I get to see hot gay guys with other hot gay guys... *drools*
