Anyone can be a biological father with the aid of medical science but it takes a real man to be a proper father to his kids.

Yes it is possible but he might need help from docs.
Even men who are completely paralised from the waist down can have children with special help from docs!
A lot of people think impotent means the man has no sperm but it doesnt, it means he cant get an erection so it also depends on which way you have heard the word impotent.

yes, researches & recent science says yes. there are not only sterility only in women but seen in men also widely. impotancy can be defined in many ways. it might be low spermcount, which should be more than 10,0000 million. or less interest because of not proper hormonal release. or not the perfect timings of coitus.
now after studying all these consultants perticularly endocrinologist prescribe the medicine which can increase the spermcount level and try to help coming out of impotancy. & there are many other treatments which is already available .
in short it is possible

well of course.impotency just means he cant maintain an erection,doesnt mean hes infertile.mind you if you want to get pregnant by an impotent man he will need medical assistance for sure.

Depends on what you mean by being impotent. Erectile dysfunction? Poor quality sperm?

impotent means difficulty (it's hard ) to get an erection
when he does, he may be the most fertile male you meet.

depend upon type of impontant
whether erection is possible but no ejection of sperm is possible
then it is possible with some medication
if sperms are not activated then it is difficult
if erection is not possible then try viagra
