I realize that some people asking questions on here may be from other parts of the world, or have no access to Western Medicine, so here is my best shot at an answer:
Please rephrase the question... Is this a urninary or a bowel problem?
If it is urinary you may have Chlamydia or a yeast infection.
If it is a bowel problem you could have jaundice, hepatitis, or an anal fissure that has become infected and is draining.
Please see a DR. immediately, any cause I can think of needs immediate medical care.

you may have and STD. Talk to your doc if you are leaking. if it is happening when you ejaculate, and it doesn't smell foul and isn't lumpy, you are just doing what guys do.
