i watch reruns of my favorite comedy shows. delaying my anger somehow allows me to be more objective on my next actions/reactions.

Write it out, write out any thoughts or anything that you would like to say. Then throw it away. I just can't carry angerness and bitterness in my heart and be happy with who I am.

depends on what the anger is from?
relationship? go out with friends, go to the gym, meet new people. it usually only takes a week or so to get over the relationship.
at your self? figure out why? and get your butt in gear making changes.
work? get a new job.
