Really, i've looked all over for this blasted console. Whenever theres another shipment, theres huge lines, numbers given out, people who standed in line 8-12 hours/camped out, it's absolutely insane. Consoles been out a week and it's still as scarce as ever.
As for Zelda TP, all i did was walk into Toys R US and there it was for purchase, no preorder or anything. At least i'm halfway there, eh?
PS: Rumor is Nintendo will have 4mil consoles out by the end of 2006.

OMG. im still tryin to get my Wii. i went throught the whole sacramento town and went to every EB/gamstop/Wal mart/comp usa/target/circuit city/costco/Fry's electronics i could find. NONE. im only 15 and i cant make my own Ebay account. GEEZ. I NEED A WII. Today's black friday and there was this huge line for the big sale in Walmart. OMG so huge. optimistically Nintendo will conquer their terrible determination in naming, and their age disparity with the hot equipment. For the longest time they have been merchandising and marketing their structures to a youthful crowd, however the hot Wii seems staggering so a approaches. As for Zelda, Zelda has consistently been and consistently would be a superb pastime. It ranks good up there with very final myth as a chain. If no longer something, i'll purchase a Wii for the hot Zelda pastime.

Just missed the PS3. Waited for 8 hrs for the Wii last Sunday.
Bought two ...selling one on E-bay to pay for mine.
I New they wouldn't have enough for black Friday. Most stores didn't get another shipment. Now the rumor is December the 3rd until new shipments will arrive..
I'd say February will be good for just walking in anywhere and buying one........
Love the new controllers, old controllers and games work great, wifi tried, and it picked up every wireless Internet in the apartment complex and had to chose mine from a list.....

I stayed in line for 2 hours outside BestBuy today. I made out like a bandit compared to others. I am playing Zelda TP right now. I played for 5 hrs. It is awesome
Zelda is not hard to get, I just walked into Target and there it was!
What are hard to get are the controllers, good luck!!!

I didn't work hard at all. I reserved it 2 months ahead of time, and spent time going through my old game library and paid most of it off with trade-in credit at Gamestop. Twilight Princess was available when I got there to pick up my reserve, as were extra remotes and nunchuks. Everything worked out perfectly, and it's an awesome system! I waited in line at EB games to preorder the Wii and zelda. It was well worth it. and I only had to get there like an hour early. Then I picked it up at midnight!!

Not much, I didnt go through alot of truble, I just walked into a store a month ago, pre ordered one, one month later I waited 5 minutes outside the store and got a wii and twilight princess

Well actually i was in line the night it got released and me n my roommates got em. so I am selling mine right now anyone interested e-mail me. The PS3 is a whole other story though!!!!
I gotta say the target wii gift card is so cool!! I tell everyone its the new portable wii, light it up and make crazy motions like i am driving or something.

I'm still trying to get one too... even on eBay they are asking and getting crazy prices for it because it's so scarce! (((((((( no way am I paying $400 to$ 600 for a $250 game console! ))))))I will keep trying in the stores... eventually they will have it stocked, thanks for the rumor tip, it gives me hope!!!! good luck to you and me! lol..

i stood in line for 8 hours (all night)when it was first released with out peeing i might add!!!! but it was definitly worth it !!!
