It's def not McCartney but really sounds like him. It's a mid-tempo quite dramatic tune with and orchestra on top of the band. Think the guy was a one-hit wonder and is always played at Christmas in the Uk.

Found out it's "Keeping The Dream Alive" by Freiheit. When I said it WASN'T McCartney that should've helped! Thanks all.

its called Wonderful Christmas Time and it is by Paul McCartney & Wings. On the album, Back To The Egg

It's not Paul McCartney? The only ones I know are "Simply having a wonderful christmas time" which is paul McCartney and "Do they know it's christmas" by Band Aid. Sorry if this doesn't help!

Well, I can only think of Wonderful Christmas Time by Paul and wings...or Paul and Linda.....I mean it was out in the 80's.....
