Well. Boy, I really like Jacob and Darren.
For a girl, Christina and Ashlee.
Original, but, I like them.
I wouldn't go for old fashioned names.
You could always combine two names together to get a really beautiful, unique name.

Adaline-May. It's a combined name from 2 characters in 2 unique books. Adaline is from" Drums of War" and May is from "Tuck Everlasting." For a boy's name it's a tie between Dustin & Danny.
