There is gravity on the moon..

Every object which has a mass hass a gravitational field. The moons gravity is about 1/6 times the earths.

There is gravity on the moon. The magnitude of the gravity is less then here on earth because gravity is a mass dependent function. If you have a greater mass the magnitude of the "gravity" is greater.

gravity depends on the mass of the two items being attracted. one mass being your body and the other mass being the earth or the moon. Your bodies mass wouldn't change significantly but the moon is 1/6 mass of the earth and therefore has 1/6 the gravitational force of the earth. 120 pounds on the earth would only feel like 20 pounds on the moon.
