I believe that is the rare Scarlet Dingo Tanager, native only to the easternmost of the Canary Islands.

The Scarlet Dingo Tanager is noted for it's unusual call, which sounds rather unpleasantly similar to a small cat being run through a large wood chipper.

The Dingo Tanagers are wonders of evolutionary adaptation, with each species specializing in one specific type of food. The Scarlet Dingo Tanager (Cynopiranga erythrodingo) specializes in eating only Chicken McNuggets. It's teeth are specifically designed to not only process the nuggets efficiently, but also have shearing surfaces perfectly suited for opening the packets of BBQ and honey-mustard sauce.
