There are cases of two penises, or a penis and a vagina. But I have never heard nor seen of two vaginas, or 2 penises and a vagina. Could be a case of misidentification of organs.

It's not what you would call normal, but it does occur. Bodies are unusual things sometimes, and you should tell your friend not to worry -- just carry on and live life!

You are indeed special since you can reproduce by your own means without intervention from anyone else. Worms are hermaphroditic since they can regenerate by themselves. Leeches too!
