It was alright until today, im not sure weather if its the cold, possible oil change(?) or something with my engine.

It could be a belt slipping when the engine speeds up, or it could be a belt pulley.

it sounds like your serpentine belt is squealing. Without actually hearing or seeing it, that is my best guess. If it is the least bit glazed the cold will make it squeal. Spray some water on the belt and see if it goes away for a bit(while you're reving the engine)

Sounds like a belt. Have 'em checked. Or go to the parts store and spray some belt dressing on 'em.

If the belt dressing quiets it down then you really need to get them checked at the shop.
