Why is it ok if a black man calls a white man a cracker or uses other racial slurrs?

I have noticed allot of black people they make fun of white people calling them crackers and such why is it ok for them to say it but when a white man says the N word they are a bad guy now. I hate when people use the race card to get what they want or to use it to attack other people. i,m not trying to offend anyone I just always wonderd and there have been bills in the senate for white people to pay black people respirations for slaveary.

Look I don't owe anything to anyone who lived over a hundred years ago. I am not saying it was right, but I didn't do it.
Just like I wonder why the emancipated slaves were given land and things after the civil war, but he poor white man got zip! Nope not fair then either, wonder if the white people should ask about that. I mean I probably have an ancestor or two who were discriminated against because they were poor white people and got zip after the civil war.
If anyone has a good reason to holler about their past and what got done to their ancestors, it is the Indians. Yeah they got shafted, and are trying really hard to make it on their own, with our govenment breathing down their necks hot and heavy.
It is not a good idea to call anyone anything but thier name, or thier nationality.
We are all Americans. No matter what. It is just we white people don't look upon the black people as having the power to hurt us with name calling. They apparently are very sensitive about it, and so we should not do it.
If no attention is paid to a slur,, it becomes a memory.Some people just don't want to forget.
I certainly hope this is taken as an opinion. I am not for or against anyone or anything. I give this opinion because it was asked of me.

The African Americans are the ones that START the racist situation!!!
Without it even said or implied (and in some cases "thought" about)!

BTW That IS a part of history (slavery) & there is nothing to change the fact.
No matter who thought/thinks it is right/wrong so move forward.
If it is always gonna be an excuse & thrown up then how is our younger generation gonna forget it & let it rest?
Some kid's never have heard the word except when an AA starts the whole mess!!!
That in a nutshell is HOW it all gets started/said/implied!!!!

No It's not okay for any race to make fun of another and a white man can't use the n word because It is a stronger racial slur than cracker.And the word cracker is used as a metaphor.There is no other meaning for the n word.

I have experience on that, a white man cant call a black man a ****** or they will be sued depending on how harsh u ment it, but a black man can call a white man a cracker and the white man tries to sue, but it dosnt work, I think we are all brothers/sisters, just different skin tone.

I know what you mean. they go around and think they're better than white people. they call us poor whites, crackers and sh*t, but when you call them a ****** or a black they get all pissed of and sue you. Its is hecka wrong and i hate when it happens. The worst part is that people like that are everywhere. I just hope that we could do something about it.

It's not ok for any one to say negative things about any one.I just have one thing to ask. If every one is so up set about the white people getting the short end of the deal why don't they do some thing about it? I feel that we let things get out of control because we had every thing for so long that we tried to make up for the things that was done before are time. So why don't people fight for some of their rights back. I'm talking to make the same rights for ever one.

no be counted who makes use of racial slurs, they're unacceptable. purely as you experience which you would be on the information as a racist, many blacks who are suffering the comparable treatment experience that it would surely be omitted if the tables have been became. right here in the south, we as blacks are issue to this each and on a daily basis that we are alive. working example, this entire difficulty in Jena began because of the fact white teenagers did no longer prefer black teenagers sitting below the "white" tree and hung nooses to attempt to scare them off. there have been quite a few circumstances with the white teenagers beginning fights with the black teenagers to in basic terms get a slap on the wrist or no repercussion in any respect. between the scholars even went into between the close by black neighborhoods on my own and felt "threatened" sufficient to get his shotgun from his truck and extra ammunition and factor it on the black youthful adult men. whilst one in all those youthful adult men controlled to attempt against away the gun, he ended up dealing with fees for attack and robbery of a firearm. the guy that pulled the gun wasn't charged in any respect. We nonetheless stay in a time of racism, in basic terms there is extra of an attempt to cover it at present. inspite of the undeniable fact that we are confronted with racist human beings each and all the time, we gained't permit their lack of information reason us to be as ignorant as them.

I think that black people still feel white people owe them something, and they think everything a white person says wrong is racist...When a lot of them are..It's not fair to hold something that happened for ever ago against us...Most white people have nothing against them...Atleast I don't
