Towel Bars are mounted at the approximate height of 52 inches above finished floor.

A towel bar or towel ring is mounted approximately 16 to 18 inches above the countertop.

I don't know the standard placement, but I'm in an apartment and the towel bar by the toilet (the center) is 52" from the floor, and the towel bar above the dressing area is 21 1/2" above the sink.

i dont really think there is a standard, but anything from waist to shoulder height should be fine.

it should be at 135cm hight in bathrooms, it can be fixed nearby your wash basin or any other place as per your suitability.
