I never downloaded any porn. Only saw some pictures and videos online. I deleted history, temporary internet files and cookies. Anything else to delete? I've watched for almost 2 months. I delete history, temporary internet files and cookies after each time.

If we are talking about your browser's home page continually being set to a porn site, then something is doing it. Your problem is in finding the cause.

Follow all the previous advice again - especially changing the relevant entry in the Registry. If it continues to happen, then you know something on your computer is causing it.

Check to see if you have a known virus or a Trojan. You can use the free online service available in the Virus Information Center on our home page.

Download the latest version of Ad-aware from http://www.lavasoft.de and check to see if you have any unhealthy spyware installed. Note that AV checkers do not automatically detect and remove spyware since there may be legal issues connected with 'legitimate' commercial software.

If you still can't solve the problem, do a Find on your entire system checking every file for 'containing text' the same as the porn site's URL. This may locate the source executable.

If nothing works you may be forced to do a reinstallation - but be wary of restoring the original problem. Some security purists believe that you can never trust a computer that has been compromised since you have no way of knowing what has been done to it.

Once you've got a clean system, install a good personal firewall such as BlackICE or Zone Alarm to help keep the system clean.

Well, lets say youre okay from being discovered if your parents or your girl arent that computer suave.

But shoudl you have someone you are hiding the fact that you visit porn sites, that knows alittle more than you seem to know, well than that could be a problem.

If you really want to get rid of any information, do google search on your computer "data destruction applications"
Something that rewrites over the data more than a handful of times will do the trick so that no one will find that stuff.

This lady asked me to scan her husbands computer form intel on if he was cheating/watching porn what not.
Well, he deleted his stuff, but it was still there.
Turned out he was sending lovey dovey emails to some girl and deleting them.

Well, lets just say-theyre not together anymore.
So, not taking any sides -- know just cause you empty out your recylce bin doesnt mean its gone

There is a possibility that you may have obtained a virus and a very high possibilty that you have gained spyware. A free virus program called AVG can scan your computer for viruses and delete them. To scan for spyware you can download Adaware, which is also a free program which will scan and delete and spyware on your computer.
