how to watch your videos on youtube in fullscreen with your already loaded data?

it has already loaded in the small screen...you want to watch it in fullscreen..it starts loading all over again...how can i watch it with the already loaded data

There is an option to go full screen on the lower right corner of the player that will bring up a second window.
