i cant concentrate on studies as iam working..Can anybody help me as how to manage time .I feel sleepy while i study n get tensed .Ima doin distance studies.Can any1 give me helpful tips plzz

I am a crammer so I am always stressed right before tests and feel like I don;t have ennough time to do everything. What I do to concentrate and stay awake:
1. Find a SILENT place to study where there aren't many distractions
2. reward yourself with small 10 - 20 minute breaks every couple of hours where you watch tv or eat a snack
3. drink those bottles of Starbucks lattes (you can buy a box of 6 of them at stores like Wal-Mart)
4. don't go to sleep, instead just take several naps because you lose a lot of time sleeping 6 hours and don't sleep enough to make it worth it. Instead just crash after you're done with everything and make up your sleep debt then.
5. don't nap longer than 30 minutes to an hour or else it will be really hard to wake up and motivate yourself to go back to studying
6. When you need to shower, take a relaxing bath and relax and unwind for 30 minutes or so instead. You will feel a lot more refreshed and you can read index cards while in the tub

Hi,
concentration is not an easy thing to go with . u just always ask u'r mind if u want to study or not ,u remember about u'r exams,u'r future with less marks.And u remember Big Show who gets up suddenly so that u can get up at the morning even though u'r sleeply.Always be remembering god so that u get concentration.
Managing time is left to u since i dont know u'r schedule.
