As for a good show with the music, I'd say the Queen's Coldstream Guards tour in San Francisco in 1959 or 1960.
For just the joy of the music and a star performer, B.B.Kings 80th birthday tour (fudged it a little, he was really only 79 at the start of the tour when I saw him). About a year and a half ago.
Absolutely loved it.
Louis Armstrong and his Allstars were awfully good, and I had the honor of picking them up at the airport and taking them to the venue where they were performing. That was early 60s. Mr Armstrong was a really nice person to chat with, told some funny stories on himself.
My wife disagrees with me, she still thinks Woodstock was the best show she's been to.
You know, this is a really hard question, kind of like which child do you love best!

With Gene Krupa living near by and having been to some sessions where he performed, but those were not concerts. Another great guy.

Cuca, at the Hard Rock Live in Mexico City, the "Con Pelotas" tour on november 11 2006!!!!! Def Leppard "Rock of Ages" tour in december 2005, also in Mexico City comes in second place, and in third place, Judas Priest "the angel of retribution" tour (can't remember if that's the actual title) in september 2005, also in Mexico City.

It was Motley Crue's "Dr. Feelgood" tour. The concert was in Philadelphia In 1987 or 1988.
