Looks like a female golden crowned kinglet to me. Scientific name is Regulus satrapa.

west coast of South America.

THIS LOOKS LIKE A BABY CANARIE.I CANT TELL HOW SMALL IT IS FROM THE PICTURE.THE WINGS ARENT FULL LIKE AN ADULT BIRD.IT COULD ALSO BE A FEMALE THAT HASNT LAYED EGGS YET.NOT SURE ABOUT THE SIZE.IF IT IS A CANARIEAND IS FULL SIZE IT SHOULDNT BE OVER 3
INCHES TALL.IF ITS A BABY IT SHOULD BE ABOUT HALF THAT SIZE.IVE RAISED BIRDS FOR YEARS.
