I would see a doctor.. Using any of the mentioned product, peroxide, alcohol or iodine wotn do anything for internal bleeding and in some cases they take away too much of the "good cells" that are trying to repair causing more harm than good.. for a sensitive area like that.. definately call a doc for advice even if you dont want to actually go in.. no one can force you to.

yup, peroxide is like alcohol but painless. use peroxide with iodine. there could be no internal bleeding maybe hemorrhaging only on that skin area. use the peroxide the first time only. you could go to walgreens and by the first aid ointment bacitricin for everyday use. goodluck! you sound like the guy in "something about mary" haha

ouch..ouch OUCH! You need to use alcohol, then a triple antibiotic ointment until it heals (if you have a cut on the outside that is)..if you seriosly think its bleeding internaly, ya better take a trip to the med center....just accept that you will be the daily ER humor, but better safe and red faced than a perminent injury of the family jewels. good luck

Peroxide won't help internal bleeding. I have done that once or twice and believe me...you will survive.

use some anti bacterial ointment and keep the wound uncovered
( No Bandages) so that it can get some air! Apply the ointment on a regular basis for a few days and all will be OK!
PS Neosporian works best!

peroxide is an excellent idea followed by swabbing the area with alcohol.
See your doctor if you think you have internal bleeding.
