I tend to look more at people's details when they ask questions. The asker is more interesting than the other answerers, since his info tells me what kind of person he is and how or if I should bother to answer. Their other questions and answers, their points, personal comments, favorite categories and best answer percentage help me decide if the question is just a joke, is he being sarcastic or devil's advocate, is he a dimwit, a kid, fanatical nutcase on some topic or another? If he looks like the type of person that always chooses simple or stupid answers that agree with him, just for a pat on the back, over far better answers that disagree. I don't bother to answer. Religion/Spirituality and politics are the worst for that kind of question.

Sometimes I look at their questions, mostly if they have given a really interesting answer or asked a good question. I almost never look at people's points. I may check out their best answers percentage though.

No, not most of the time. Usually, I will read through several questions until I see one that is interesting to me. I then give it my best shot. Then, after submitting, I read to see what others put. I don't want my answer to be influenced by others. But, you asked a good question...it had to be good, I read it didn't I? :-)

If I happen to like someone's answer, I might give theirs a browse, but I don't usually look at them.

Yes, and I read the other answers too. Doing so often helps me frame my reply cogently.
