Go to System Configuration Utility.
Start
Run
Type in... msconfig
Click ..OK..Button
General tab
check... selective startup
then.. choose the startup tab
Place a check next whatever you want to open when your computer starts up.
UNcheck anything you dont want to startup with your computer.
Apply and OK
You will need to restart computer for these changes to take affect.
Note... You can delete anything here you dont want to startup with your computer.
If that doesnt work then you will need to go the options in your program and look for a place that indicates to open at start up and set it up there.

Right click the start button on the taskbar and choose option explore then a window will pop up then single click on the programs highlighted below the start menu and then click on the start up and after that paste the shorcut of the winamp here to run the program.

Run 'msconfig' from Start ==> Run box==> press enter key. Now under 'Startup' tab, all programs are listed which are 'auto run' with startup of the computer. Be sure the program you wana auto run is there. If not then add the same in startup menu.

COpy the program shortcut to Start->Program->StartUp
That should run the program u need to run at startup. When u did'nt need that program to run automatically delete it from StartUp.Or run "msconfig" from run.And switch to tab Startup and check the programs u need to autorun.these all are 3rd party softwares.NO one of it is a part of Windows. It 'll increase ur boot speed.

Open the Start menu and you can see "Startup" menu item there.
Right click it and select open. It will open an explorer window. Drag the shortcut to the application that u want to run into that folder(explorer window). It should start automatically next time u reboot.

Cheers!
