Bicentennial coins are not numbered. You may have a medal, but I need more information. What is on the obverse and what is on the reverse?

My best guess would be to either find a coin dealer that does appraising in your area, or buy a coin collecting book and look through the book. A coin appraiser is going to be more helpful though.
