yes i have especially now that my parents are up in age i made it a point to tell them thanks for all that they have done and I tell them that i love them more often then i use to.

I have as well...
I always try to do this.
Especially when they're angry at me or i'm angry at them...
I have this fear that our last words will be of hate and that is terrible.
I always say 'i love you' as well.
