If you are a person whom are looking into working in the uniformed force group for eg police, prison officer or anything to fight against crimes on the street .. then it is promising.

What I learn from being an ex prison officer is that this kinda field where you are always "fighting for goodness" it has to come from your heart. That you WANT to help people. To give something back to your community. If you are only into for the money, it will never be a promising or satisfying field for ya ...

Yes, sad to say, but there will always be crime no matter where you are. There are many options you can take with the criminology field.

Criminality certainly is in the UK. Lots of different branches to go into. The government will also help train you in prison to expand your career.
