Fall out boy, i mean a couple of panic at the disco songs are good, but i perfer fall out boys. Also, i think panic at the disco's music videos are kinda gay..

Panic @ the disco way better than fall out boy all u have 2 do is look at the name to figure that 1 out.

I like both bands. I have the panic! album but have only downloaded fall out boy tracks. I think I could enjoy fall out boy more, they are more serious than panic! at the disco. Panic! at the disco are more popular in the charts/radio

Fall Out Boy will always be my favorite band..ever..and u know,guys,if you think about it, if it wasn't FOR Fall Out Boy,Panic wouldn't be here...just think..PETE WENTZ,the bassist of Fall Out Boy,signed them,i mean cmon? Don't get me wrong...I love Panic..but they would be nowhere without Fall Out Boy. And to you that said Fall Out Boy was a one hit wonder,they're not...In 3 weeks you will be thinking Panic is too. In fact Fall Out Boy is going to release their new record on February 6th,2007. I <333 Fall Out Boy!!!!

They both suck. Bunch of pretty white boys pretending to have a clue on how to make a good rock album. May they both form a suicide pact and blow their minds out on cheap LCD. They are the modern day Bon Jovi, an industry made 'indie' band. Their are as 'indie' as The Backstreets Boys where, and are sold to the same teenage market demographic that listened to Backstreet Boys (...Fallout Boy?). I hope they play a show together and the stadium caves in and kills everyone, the bands and the fans associated with them. That would do the world a favor. You should quit with these no talent *******, there are probably some local bands that have way more talent. Seriously quit listening to corporate rock and check out some local bands or some indie bands. Some of us want to make music for the sake of making music, not getting rich doing it.

panic! at the disco...definately
their songs are more meaning full...and they do not depend on scene kids for fans...actually they have a song making fun of the scene fans...but for many people, their music videos don't make any sense because u actually have to KNOW and UNDERSTAND the song to get it...
that's kind of why i love them...cause they are different from most of the music out there...and their song lyrics are amazingly writtten
