You can get pregnant if semen enters the vagina. There is more than one way this can happen so yes if he had semen on his fingers then entered your vagina with the fingers then you could get pregnant.

Yes, if he has even a small amount of semen on his hand and he touches your vagina, then the sperm will get inside you, and could lead to a pregnancy.
There are millions of sperm in a typical ejaculation, so even just a drop of semen will have a few thousand, and it only take one to fertilize an egg.
