Aside from harry who will become the green gobblen 2 and Pro Conners who will become The Lizzard.There is another charactor who has a small part that is unimportant to the main story, who has a short conversation with peter.
He gives peter a hard time about something he did and peter thinks it is unfair.And the last words he says to peter is why i think he is or will become one of spider man many villans.
Also remember he is saying this to peter whom he has no idea he is sipider man.Icould be wrong but i don't think so guess the Charactor in the movie and the Villan from the comic book?

Dr Connors is an important part of Peter's life, so including him is one way of keeping consistent with the comic series. Another character that could be a future villain is Jonah Jameson's son who becomes ManWolf in the comic. But I think he was only included because of his involvement with MaryJane.

WARNING: Spider-Man 3 Spoilers ahead: Carnage might work. If you remember, Dr. Connors still has a sample of "Venom", so maybe through some experimentation or something they get a variant - Carnage? Plus Connors gets to be The Lizard, right? Not sure how they'll pull that one off, but could make for some cool effects. Somebody has to find the Goblin stuff left back at the Osborne home, so maybe we could get the Hobgoblin or another variation of the Goblin? They could make that work. I just hope they don't pull a Batman and keep trying to outdo the previous films in terms of the amount of special effects, action sequences, number of villains, etc. That's what killed the Batman series (along with switching the actors). Sandman could return, and probably should to tie up some plot loose ends. Maybe as an ally to Spider-Man because of the way they left things? Also, they've introduced the characters Dr. Mendel Stromm (but he was killed, right?) and Astronaut John Jameson, both of whom became villains in the comics. Personally, I always liked Mysterio in the 60's cartoon series, so I'd like to see him show up. He'd be easy to work into just about any plot. Check out the link below for more ideas:

In Spiderman 3; coming out next year, the villains will be Green Goblin 2, the Sandman played by Thomas Haden Church and Venom played by Topher Grace. See link below for trailer and such.

isn't there that black stuff that goes on spiderman and he kinda turns evil and there is the dude that killed peter's uncle, i think, and he has this kind of power to turn in to sand or wutever, sumthing like dat

the only other one i saw was mary janes fiance and becomes venom than venom transfers to peterparker because venom is killed by him
